Do you have cheese and tortilla at home? A simple, delicious and quick recipe.
This is one of those recipes that all of my guests loved. I am very happy that I have such a wonderful recipe in my cookbook, a tasty, juicy and quick recipe. The recipes on my channel are in high demand among my subscribers and I am very happy about that!)
If you have tortilla, cheese, sausage, mushrooms and tomatoes in your fridge, you can prepare an excellent and delicious breakfast in 10 minutes.
Ingredients:
- Lavash 1 pc.
- Hard cheese 130 g.
- Sausage 50 - 70 g.
- Mushrooms 40-50 g.
- Tomato
- Plain yoghurt 10 g.
- Ketchup 5 g.
- Butter 30g.
Fry on medium heat for 3-5 minutes
