What I love about this video is its honesty - You demystified talent, which is inspiring, but you also aren't going to sugarcoat the amount of hours it takes, especially for a challenging job like storyboarding

Why is the editing so good but the view count so low? Lmao what am I missing?! This was fun, I genuinely enjoyed the editing.

Man, I ask myself that same damn question every week! I love putting these videos together but I sure do wish more people got to see them...

I found this awesome video right as I was thinking "Storyboarding sounds interesting, but I'm better at acting. I'm better with music. Etc, etc." Perfect timing! I almost threw storyboarding out the window before properly exploring it!!

711 subscribers and still one of the best channels on youtube. Criminally underrated

This popped up recommended at the perfect time! I’ve definitely been struggling a lot recently, but I’m pushing through that imposter syndrome as hard as I can! I’ll get there soon!

The autopilot thing is tricky because I don't think anyone manages to be present 100% of the time when practicing. And I do think even if you are doing something you have done many times before and seemingly in autopilot you are still improving. Like, to me animals are my comfort zone, and I do try my best to draw outside of just that, but even that has room for improvement and I find they are better every time I draw them.

Yeah... for sure. I think it would largely be impossible to be "present" 100 percent of the time. But simply making an effort to be aware of those moments when you're drifting off and more imprtantly.. focusing on areas of weakness.. makes a huge difference!

Love the video and it's energy! I feel inspired to practice, thank you. I do wish the background music was a bit softer so I can hear you better.

Thanks, Robyn.. I appreciate you telling me that. The background music levels is something that I've been struggling with since day one. I'm not sure why. i think maybe it's because i paid for the licensing and feel like I want to get my money's worth? hah! I'll bring it down in future videos!

Missing key word: introvert. Lots of artists are introverts, and use their ability to draw to network and make friends.
