I'm 25, my grandmother and her mother had that scary Lewy Body Dementia so my health anxiety often goes there. I'm not sure if this video specifically had anything relevant for me but it sure was a better thing to focus on than the catastrophizing avalanche I was starting to engage in 😂 So thank you

My grandmother also had it! My mother doesn't at 62, but I also fear it. I've always slept poorly and I have very bad ptsd from childhood accident.

Thank you so much. My mom and dad had dementia and I watched them both deteriorate until death. I'm no 67 and haven't remembered as good as I use to and have been so scared I was getting once or both. This video helped me so much. Thank you so very much.

Id love a follow up video, as you suggested at the end. Im only 32! Im severely depressed but ive had trouble with certain words. Took me forever to come up with the word commute and highway. My grandmother had Demenita, of course when she was 81. Not my age at all, but ive been noticing my brain fog and trouble finding certain words. Ive been depressed for years off and on. This feels new.
