There is a way to somehow force yourself to feel the tingles by focusing on one specific area, whether the left or right of your ear, on that particular sound or trigger. Well, it does not have to be a specific trigger, you just need to focus extremely and be vulnerable to the sounds being made. You need to visualize it being there close to your ear as much as possible and eventually your auditory sensitivity will increase. It's p complex to explain.
