1 cup (200 ml) 100 g oat flakes (instant oat flakes)
2/3 cup milk/vegetable milk
2 bananas
20g nuts
vegetable oil
1/2 apple
Cocoa powder
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20-25 minutes
Cover and cook for 3 minutes
Fry until golden brown on both sides

1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon honey
1 banana

Cinnamon powder
