Всю жизнь любила просто отварной рис а на него выложить баночку тунаца ( или другой хорошей рыбки) и полить сверху его же маслом ( соусом) из банки. Без всякой луковой поджарки, яичной смеси и возни. Быстро и без заморочек. И с салатиком из свежих овощей. Это очень вкусно. Но и этот рецепт интересный. Думаю, что мне такая запеканка понравится. Когда будет время - попробую. Спасибо.
