Here the McKameys perform their signature classic, "Do You Know How It Feels?", from their 1992 live album, "With Feeling, Live." This song was written by Gary Duty and travelled to #1 in February, March & April 1993 on the Singing News Top 80 Charts.

From age 20-30 I rebelled very heavily. But after many years of praying from my Dad I was healed. My father would play this song when I was stoned out of my mind. God truly did deliver me. There's no peace like His peace. This song always makes me smile thinking of how far I came along.

I was born in ‘87, and growing up, about this same time of this recording, I heard the McKameys close to every day. Peg McKamey was as big as Elvis to me, and a very large part of why music is such a huge part of my life now.

I love this song!!! It is a glorious feeling to "KNOW HOW IT FEELS". I'm so sorry about Peggy's passing. She is with "THE ONE, JESUS CHRIST" she sung about. Years ago, many years ago, as big as they were, they took time to come to a little country church I attend. What a God gifted, spirtial family they were. God reminded me of this song and for about two weeks now it's all I've been singing, day and night. I'm so thankful at age 11 he saved my soul. It was a feeling of pure love. A love like no other. Thank you for following the Lord and blessing so many people.

My father went to seminary when I was a kid, we would drive to school in the morning and this song was hot on the Christian radio station we listened to in those days, I would sing my heart out to this song as early as second grade.
