Unfortunately, there are no free fusion cloud access.. But if your employer is a implementation partner, then you can access free oracle demo fusion environment

Unfortunately no.. All the fusion environments available in the market are paid.. Ofcourse if your employer is a Oracle implementation partner, then Oracle provides free demo instance.

Yes, i observed the same today. It was working until last week.. I am not the owner of this demo environment and hence I sent a email to the admin of this demo environment and i will get back to you once i hear back from the admin.
