Im glad to learn about autoimmune conditions being a cause of kidney damage. Fortunately i found a reliable concerned team of doctors who have helped me overcome my autoimmune problems. @@kidneyblogs sir , ur videos have been very motivational for me. All the medical issues we had been ignoring previosuly just because they were not major problems are not being ignored. My husband has turned his life style around for the better and is now seeing results. I have more understanding of my kidney function. And other than nephrology i have made an appointment for a mammo now that im 40 and also found out i have osteoarthiritis for which i have started strength exercises. I have taken my kids for basic medical check ups too. I encouraged my father to see his dr .. he found out he had pleural effusion and a possible aneurysm in heart. Fortunately checked in time and treated . He is now enjoying much better health than his peers. This is the impact these videos made on our family.

Vara sahib I am honored that you watch my videos. There is no single test to diagnose a glomerular disease. But proteinuria almost always suggests some glomerular damage. To find out which glomerular disease you have we often do a number of tests I mention in the video, often also requiring a kidney biopsy for confirmation.

I had bitter experience with nephrologist, was diagnosed FSGS in 1994 via biopsy. Under treatment at JPMC, Karachi, under supervision of Professor Dr. Shabnam, than Professor Dr. Oosmani. Now registered at SUIT, till now no medicine for FSGS, only trying to control hypertension. After watching yr videos, asked them to give me ARB'S, or other medicine, reply, I don't need them. Had consulted privately, same answer. Hydralzine 25 mg, morning n evening. Creatinine 1.5 to 1.7. I am a cardiac n prostate patient also, age 73, on healthy diet n walk. Yr comments pls.
