You mentioned the job of a statistician. But I wish to let you know that "Biostatistics" or "Statistics in Medicine" is one of the highest paying jobs in the world. Generally speaking a biostatistician starts at 20-25% higher salary than a conventional statistician. But you need a PhD in this field to fully flourish and get the best possible job profile. Pharmaceutical companies in US give excellent starting salaries and even in academia the salaries are very good. Let me know if you want more information. Some of the things you mentioned in your video are "correct" but one has to have excellent strategy and tactics when embarking into a mathematics oriented career. For example, simply saying "Actuarial science" is a good profession is not enough. Individual success in this field depends on lot of other factors that a student needs to carefully plan for, otherwise things can even backfire. I speak from knowledge and not hearsay.

I am a commerce student who loves mathematics, as you know I have 2 options 1.actuary - It's better to do CA because the actuary syllabus consists of 25% mathematics and doesn't have that many resources for self-study. 2.Statistician- need programming knowledge & I want to do that but I am already in the corporate world where I work with software like TALLY, SAP, QuickBooks & Excel, currently pursuing my graduation and waiting for some clarity in life. What should I choose A fatty unsatisfied manager with a package of 18-20 LPA or a statistician with peace in my life

Hi I am preparing for neet with my own choice i am a dropper But now i dont feel like it my preparation is also not to the point i imagined . How to learn pure and applied mathematics on my own upto PhD level along with my bachelor's degree in CSE? I am moving to Germany next year for such a course or it will be better for me to go for a BSc mathematics at University of Bonn, Germany and learn CSE on my own? I think BSc maths will be more demanded and powerful from University of Bonn and self earned CSE degree with specialisation in software engineering as a skill set. I mean I could take up a quant job then. I have 94 marks in 10th mathematics, 90 marks in 12th mathematics, 92 marks in 12th physics and overall 90.8% in 12th boards. This corresponds to an Abitur of 1.3 and lesser if subject specific is taken in German grading system which is towards very good but I need to learn German upto C1 level. I am therefore also considering BSc mathematics at King AbdulAziz University, Saudi Arabia as it is ranked 34th by QS World University Rankings for mathematics in 2023 above University of Bonn which is at 39th position globally. I am a 12th passed out and need your help. Please guide me Aditi didi😊
