I just started CBG as I wanted to start playing Slide since I was getting bored with regular guitar, CBG looked like a lot more fun, it is and I'm still learning. Your YT efforts are really helping a lot of us enjoy playing better. Myself, I love Statesboro Blues played by Taj Mahal and Duane Allman's version on Live at the Fillmore East.. I picked up a CBG from Mike Snowden a couple of weeks back and I love it. I jumped over to Steve Arvey music, great stuff there. Thank you for sharing.

Hey Uncle Mark. Great lessons! You use 42-34-24 strings. Would it work if I just use the same gauge strings from a pack of Ernie Ball Super slinky? They are 42-32-24-16-11-9. Thank you!

If dumb questions are still free...........I have another. If I used the 42-32-24 from the super slinky pack, can I still tune it to GDG?
