nice painting and yes simple is good for us new painters :):) question: how to I resin a painting when there's silicone in the paints? I did resin one and it didn't cover the whole painting and what a mess !!

You have to clean with damp soapy cloth or baby wipe any silicone trace off before resin

This is a sweet piece, Gilly. I love your 'Aunty Mary' space. My Aunty Mary became my step-mom after my own mom died when I was a little guy. She took up the torch of motherhood for my mom and we were blessed with her for over 50 years. Great displays at the end. Second piece is a treat, too. Lots to see! Cheers!
