Great job explaining the differences between the 5E and 5M. I wish I would've seen videos like yours before I bought my 5E last year from my local dealer. You're able to explain things about the equipment that my dealer lacked the experience and knowledge on. Keep up the good work!

I could explain it easier than him. E tractors are for playing M and R series are for actual work.

Yes he's done good building this channel. He's good at what he does. To bad there won't be anymore videos from him.

Does the M series include a Horn? My 2024 5075E Premium Cab does not include a horn, but it has a useless go home lighting button.

How much more on price is the M?

Why did they do away with the 5r?
@winkdinkerson71906 ай бұрын
The 5E economic trim level at a 20 percent discount over the higher M trim comes with a full power train warranty, but the M doesn’t. Let that sink in would be buyer.

It's just a shame that JD doesn't offer hydro static tranny's on this series of tractor. I have long been a huge for of hydro static transmissions they just last and last and never need adjustments and they make the tractor so much more maneuverable in general!

I have a 5055e with a 9x3 transmission. Can I add the creeper gear option or is it only an option from the factory?
@jddriver956511 ай бұрын
iam pretty sure it is only possible from factory.
@mgoss7711 ай бұрын
I was pricing out a new 5055e with the creeper option and the creeper option for a 9x3 transmission is listed as a dealer installed option. I called the service center at my local deere dealer and they didn't know if it could be added but said probably not, but they were not really confident in their answer

I had a creeper gear added at the dealership to my 5065e a number of years ago. They did a fine job, but it obviously depends on the skills at the dealership.

I’m pretty sure the 5075M is a 3 cylinder.

A dedicated video on a 5M OPEN STATION tractor would be quite helpful .

Own the 5075E open station spent to much time in the woods don't want keep replacing glass great tractor
@michaelshrader5139Ай бұрын
What are you doing in the woods that you need that much of a tractor for? I've come to the realization that perhaps a very small tractor (such as an open station 1 or 2 series tractor) might have a place next to the larger tractor in my life, just because the small tractor can get into really confined tight areas (like in the woods) where the larger tractor just does not fit well.

5E made in India. 5M made in USA. Does this matter??
@michaelshrader5139Ай бұрын
It does to some people who live in the USA and prefer to buy products made in the USA. Personally, I buy the best product that suits my needs and budget with little regard for where it was made... unless there is a tie in suitability and cost, then I'll always go with the one made in the USA.
