Do You Need a Strategy Before You Can Execute?

The balance between developing a strategy and executing is different for everybody. Some people are wired in a way where they don't need any strategy and change their execution as they go Other people need to plan out everything in sequential order so they know what needs to get done. The important thing to remember is that both work, as long as you are not using "strategy" as an excuse to not do.
