@@paulbailey5915 Looks like it went into contract, so it will not show up as Sold yet. I have noticed some weird stuff with pending / under contract listings not updating properly on the apps and sometimes disappearing. If you age. Wow, I like the English cottage home. It has character, it is cozy even thought there is plenty of room. I do not like the small elongated windows of the modern ranch and all black and white no wow effect in the front of the house and on a very busy road which is right there smack in your face. The grounds need gardens with shrubbery, flowers, arborvitae. How are the taxes for each property?

Oh and I prefer the English cottage by a mile. While nice, the newer ranch just isn’t for me… too open. Too new.
