Why am i studying English ? English likes a key to open new knowledges, i can learn many things more about English or any other subject that uses English language

I enjoy learning English. I am learning English because this language is necessary in the modern world. For instance there are many foreign visitors from many different countries in my city. I use many different methods eg. Duolingo, Memrise or I watch videos on YT, Netflix etc. What else should I try? Thank you for any suggestions.
