A lot of people commenting "omg, its clearly !" are missing the point. Any celebrity you name has already been named as an option. The problem is confirming the identity with the original photo. All other celebrities have been identified in this way. So while the search is about finding the identity, the only way to confirm who it is, is by finding the exact picture.

Exactly! That's what I've been saying. To know exactly who it is, we need the actual picture, and as long as it isn't found, we'll keep searching. I think about celebrity number 6 at least once a week, swear, it drives me insane. Possible lead. If the image did come from a copy of Hello magazine, the copy WILL exist in the UK's media repository. They've been cataloguing every release of every print sold in the UK for a very long time, even going as far as to keep copies of fliers from small businesses and student projects. I would add that I also highly doubt this image came from Hello. They're more of a tabloid and as a result they more often feature images where people aren't looking at the camera. I think a big issue is that none of the celebritys really fully match the reference photo, they are all a little warped or tweaked, or details are changed. Some of them might also be a bit debated if the reference photo weren't already so popular and recognizeable. The artist probably just took a few more liberties on 6 than the others after choosing a less popular or less suitable reference photo

When they talk about the "Hello magazine", the message is translated, but what's the original name of the magazine? I'm Asking because there is a Spanish magazine named "¡Hola!" (Hello), which in 2015 issued a rare 75 anniversary edition, where they published lots of pictures of celebrities across decades (e.g., Marilyn Monroe, princess Diana, etc.), so they might have included a picture of a celebrity from the 2000s? The discord had people from all backgrounds and different countries, performing a worldwide search of both physical and online media. No one has found the photo yet. It's not always easy to recognize yourself in a photo, much less recognize other people - even celebrities - especially when the photo has been manipulated like this one has. When they vectorized the image much of the detail was removed, so that makes it even harder to be sure. So I think you're right, both of the models may believe it is actually them. I don't think it's either one of them.

I don't know celebrities. Despite my age group being one who would know him, I could not tell you off the top of my head what Phoenix acted in, or what he looked like. But when I saw the photo, I thought; "that guy", and had to try to remember his name. An image search made me feel more certain that it's him. The ears seem to match with Phoenix. The person is either a man with somewhat feminine features or a female with a fairly angular face and hooded eyes, but I lean strongly toward this person being male.

I may have found a link. There is this Canadian actor called Kevin Durand who has played in Lost, that connects him to Ian as well as Holloway. He also has played in Dark Angel, connecting him with Jessica Alba. Furthermore, he's played in 2003 Tarzan, together with Travis Fimmel. This ultimately connects him to 4 of the 6 celebrities. It is possible that this celebrity is either him, or that we could find a clue through his history.

He's just a bit more masculine looking, even in his younger photos. Interesting theory though. Shes the only one out of every suggestion who actually has a photo in a matching outfit to the drawing, the strap from the bag shes wearing is in the drawing, and the collar from the shirt matches, theres a weird squiggle which is probably supposed to be her necklace along with the shadows on her face. Sure its not 100% accurate but its a quick illustration job for a commercial fabric, all the others are also slightly off, and the reference photo was liking one from the magazine shoot that just isnt online, which is very common
