Thank you so much! The first time we went in a trip with our brand new motorhome (4 years ago) I tried the convection microwave to heat a lasagna. I didn’t leave the rack in. About 30 minutes after I started it the glass plate exploded! Since then I have never dared try it again until tonight, after watching your video. Success!!!! I managed to cook chicken! Thank you for the simplest and best explanations ever!

Hope it came out nice. Meatloaf is one of our favorite things to cook in ours. The only thing we ever have had a problem with was Angel Food Cake. It just gets too high and causes the top to get burned. Removing the plate made it a little better last time we made an Angel Food cake.

Hey there miss thanks for your informative. I have a quick question. I'm accustomed to using a propane oven and stove and I was reluctant to use or buy an RV with one of convection ovens partially because I would have to run the generator all the time, but how well did they cook and bake? Is it as good as a propane oven?

We find it works very well and it’s easy to use. It does require AC voltage so you need a source, either inverted from your batteries, from shore power or a generator. Let us know if you have any other questions.

I don’t know why you couldn’t use them. We just choose to use metal or glass.

We don’t use the microwave with the metal rack just the glass turntable. When using it as a convection oven the metal rack is ok. Thanks for following us.

We’ve never tried that one. Cooking Angel Food cakes are a little tricky in the convection oven too.
