it is so cute when someone bites on their tongue while using their hands...you look like a little kid! so cute! I've always heard that baking experts sometimes use box mixes but put their spin on it, like adding that extra egg (like you did) and/or extra butter/cream etc

I would set the conventional oven to it's regular time and then set a timer at 18 minutes to check it so you don't have to keep resetting the minutes on the conventional oven. Looks good!

It heats up just a touch but we also have an exhaust fan that helps.

Yes! Just on a smaller scale. Air fryers cook quicker that convection ovens due to the size of the appliance. Breaded items like tenders and french fries get pretty crispy in the convection too!! Thanks for watching!

When you set the baking time, set it for the total baking time, set you android timer for 18 minutes, pause the baking, check the bunt cake, then press start again to finish cooking. That way you don't need to reset your convection temp and time.
