For all my life when I was working I used to wake up at 3 o'clock and I used to go to refrigerator for eating wat ever it was there .For 15 years until now I will not have work I am going to sleep at 3-4 o'clock by reading books listening meditation music or be in internet .❤❤❤❤❤

Hii, past one week I am waking up at 3a.m. Next to my coat there is a corner table, on that kept flower vasewith red n white plastic flowrrs, , small copper pot with llid and water in it. Keep a small iron knife under my pillow to avoid getting bad dreams.

It happens often, matter of fact, last night 2:22am, back to bed 4:45am, up by 10am. Sometimes, it bothers me. I don't remember my dreams, I see bits but I can't piece it together. It can be frustrating. I don't see ghosts, that's our daughter. I see forward. Drives Husband crazy, he says I'm always right...but he has a gift or 2, himself, he travels when sleeping, & good luck which drives me crazy, lol. Can you tell we've been married for 26yrs?
