The scrap center is really cute what a great idea. Wow I like the way the blade changes on the Rotary cutter. Your finish is beautiful. Great book.

Gorgeous book!! The carrot table runner is just so delightful!! Should be on the cover!!! ✂️❤️🧵

Love the “scrappy” center. I can see making a quilt for a young child to enjoy and play on, then to look for shapes printed or woven into the different fabrics...an “I spy with my little eye...” Always the teacher looking for ways to engage children and their imagination.

Id go with the batiks with white background to make the blocks pop. Congratulations on your new book.

What does the world have to be thankful for? Me and you! I'm a Thanksgiving baby too, though a Canadian Thanksgiving baby. Lol! I just discovered your channel and am enjoying going through the old episodes. I'll be looking for your book once it hits the bookstores here.

I am using my Feb Moda colours for the Friendship braclet quilt next month, the dots will be the backing. Loved this Sew Sampler box

I ordered the blade cutter when it first came out and it is one of my favorite tools. Ended up ordering two more! 1 for my take along bag, one for my cutting area and one to keep near my sewing machine. It is a game changer if you do a lot of chain piecing or trimming loose threads!

Linework is a great line. Have to order one of those three cutters, just choosing which color is the problem.

Change your blade - and with a magic marker write the month/year right on the blade. It is a gentle reminder of when the last time your blade was changed.

Hi Pat Are you noticing your stash going down any? With all the finishing you're doing and use of your scraps, I would think you'll be shopping in a few more months! LOLOL I'm also in finish mode and I'm seeing a definite decline in my fabric. I'm also using up my scraps for all sorts of projects and having a blast. Thanks for your inspiration. Take care and hugs from Canada!!

I love watching your videos every day. How do you store your fat eights and larger pieces of fabric such as fat quarters and half yards? I keep mine folded, but I’m wondering if I should refold them occasionally to prevent permanent creases. If so, what is a good interval to rearrange, refold, reorganize? I appreciate your answers!

For "World Piece" you only need 8 ten inch squares for the pinwheels and larger blocks. Then need another fabric for the large triangles and the background. Really doesn't do much to bust the stash!

at 3:05..... I'm OCD about using scraps that look like 'fussy cuts' (the black swans), where the heads or main feature will be chopped off, whether due to the fabric cut or due to sewing the seam.
