No actually it not good for your skin. I personally wash every part of my body because I have really bad eczema and need to get rid of everything that's on my skin, but you're actually not supposed to wash everything everyday. Any good dermatologist will tell you. It's actually bad for your skin to be rubbed with soap and stuff everyday. Especially in winter when you don't even sweat nearly as much as you do in summer if you don't do sports and stuff.

Sunflower 10 it’s because you’ll likely get more bacteria on the chicken than it already had. Tap water is teeming with bacteria so unless you’re using bottled water you’re just making your food dirtier. Plus tap water, unless it’s boiling hot, will not kill anything on the meat. So you’re just adding more bacteria. Even if you add lemon or vinegar you really aren’t doing anything helpful. @@JennHayden Good Point! Soap is not that great for the skin i dont scrub soap on all parts of my skin everyday. But I will exfoliate and remove build up as need be. Your skin needs a good Ph to ward off germs and bacteria. I once used NO soap for a month only Natural fruit cleansers my skin was amazing but personally too much to do daily. I wash my hair twice to once a week but I will not judge another. Only after one week I feel yucky.

Lol I wash my legs because I just do it when I wash my feet...but I can see why people could get away with not washing legs EVERY time haha. I definitely wash behind my ears...shortcut: when you are using toner or something similar on your face hit up the neck and behind the ears with the toner too lol ALSO baby oil gets my ears super clean. But a little on the qtip and do the whole ear. Your ears will be so soft and also moisturized. YOU'RE WELCOME! 👏🏾👏🏾

I don’t scrub myself everyday. Just wash the parts that really smell. However I do scrub my body down once a week. Not with a towel but like with the body spin brush. I don’t really do anything that’ll make a whole lot of dirt get on my body where I need to scrub it everyday. Plus I have more important things to do then spend 10 mins in the shower.

You do not have to leave your house to "get dirty", as the human body naturally produces oil(which will turn into grease if you don't wash it away regularly), our skin cells shed DAILY, leaving dead skin cells on our skin until we get rid of it, and sweat. I have stayed in my house for days without showering, and STILL ended up dirty, with dirt embedded in my skin(And I sweat VERY little). Here's a task for you: When you're in the shower, scratch your skin(the parts you don't wash), then look at your finger nails and tell me you don't see something between your finger nails, which would be DIRT and dead skin cells.

Whoever doesn’t wash their ENTIRE body during a shower is NASTY and LAZY! Now I understand there are certain areas that require the upmost attention but the ENTIRE human body sweats, therefore the ENTIRE human body needs to be washed! I use exfoliant gloves that I bought from Walmart that are awesome! And yes, I wash behind my ears, bottoms of my feet, my back (I struggle but it gets done), my elbows... I WASH ERYTHANG!!!

If you are heavy it might be hard to wash your leg during shower so use a tub sit and wash your leg before going the shower then go shower. Or take a bath instead of shower
