You might want to consider switching back to rubber bushings on the trailing arms before you're back together, unless you're comfortable replacing them later, as they will disintegrate pretty fast from multi- plane flexing in the trailing arm application.

Never heard of any issue with the poly bushings like that. They give a much firmer ride and precise toe control vs rubber in this application.

You seem to have more thickness in shims on the passenger front than the driver side. Did the passenger side need more to achieve the 0 degree camber you want? If so, can you perhaps explain why? Also, you set your rear toe in to about 0. Why not 1/16" to 1/8"? Blessings, Scott. 👽🐍

The two sides are unrelated. The differences side to side are due to sloppy mfg tolerances (thanks GM). All solid axle cars are zero rear toe by definition. I like zero rear toe for a street C3 as a target, as I can only measure so precisely, and bushing compliance will cause toe change in/out anyway.

Will it need to be re done once the chassis has got the weight of the finished car on it?

Yes as I mentioned in the video, this is to get it close and drivable. I'll recheck the measurements and tweak again first but there is no real substitute for an actual alignment rack.
