Might be quite late however i had gotten out of rehab a few months ago and learned this technique and i had forgotten abt it and have been trying to find it howerver im still confused on the meanings of the “blockage/problem” cards like what can each represent

I think in this case, king and queen are together platonically. Queen wants a change in her life. The hearts are far from the persons, it means they care about each other, but It's not romantic love.

I think in this layout, king and queen are physically together, but platonically. They care about each other because their hearts are touching, but it's not romantic love. 2 of clubs touches the queen , meaning that the queen is busy with social life and group activities.

That's another interesting set !! In this case, I interpret it as follows: The heart of king of spades ( the person you are asking question about ) is with himself, perhaps he likes himself a lot , but he likes you too. He is attached to queen's heart as well. Here the situation gets interesting. There's another person , perhaps a young man who can be very possessive , he likes the queen also. He is in between king and queen , he is physically with the queen ( wink wink !!) .The queen (you) is with him physically, but she doesn't have much affection for him, perhaps he is the queen's toy boy!! The queen has no romantic attachment to the king either.
