Man, anyone who looks down on this game cuz of the "fan service" is dumb. This game has some of the most mesmerizing combat i have seen in any combat game, specially when both sides are fluently landing combos back and foward along with holds, THAT SHIT LOOKS SO COOL and even more when players have variety on their combos. The cute and hot girls are just a big plus in this game imo. Edit: The matches Honoka vs Marie were eye candy, all those combos and fluent holds!.

They need to change how low holds work. Low holding is to catch low attacks, not avoid highs and grabs.(that aren't low because you have to predict it) CROUCHING should be used to avoid highs and regular grabs.

@@elite943able low holds are crouching. . . Changing them to standing would dumb down the game even further. Adapt to your opponent if they're doing a low holds. Low holds aren't that deadly plus they have more recovery than standing holds. Step your game up. Don't wish the game to step itself down.

The 5 more recovery frames for low holds in-stun don't really seem to make that much difference, otherwise we shouldn't be seeing a lot of people still abuse it nowadays if that 5 more recovery frames really matter. Not deadly but highly abused be players from all skill levels. Top players abuse them, normal players abuse them. Even those who don't really know much about the game mechanics do it a lot as they either treat low holds as their panic button or are taught to abused them if they don't know what to do. Low holds don't need to be changed to standing status, but more risks should be added to them. Like adding even more recovery frames to it or making all holds have even longer recovery so we're less likely to see hold spam, which looks stupid while top players also do it such as Gehaktbal(refer to his tournament matches against siologica and terurock so you know what i mean). Low hold abuse makes the game look stupier than making them standing.

@@GhostHyperhex Also, aren't holds supposed to be used to catch enemy attacks accordingly? Lots of people, however, just use them in order to recover from stuns faster. I wonder why people would do low holds like crazy when they're stunned as there isn't even a one-hit low launcher in this game and don't tell me that those who abuse low holds tend to predict that their opponents would do low attacks for most of the time.
