This guy is not a sell out and he even says so in his lyrics. He has been in the rap game for 10 years and refused to go mainstream as he didn't want to compromise the purity of rap. He and the likes of Lowkey and Akala have immense talent and could have easily crossed over to the mainstream and sold their dignity but have instead remained true to the authenticity of rap. He is right the mainstream scene is nothing but a phase and as he alludes to phases come and go. This track is solid still.
