Doc Brown´s Remote Control from Back To The Future - Full Build

This is my build of Doc Brown´s Remote Control from Back to The Future Part I.
It is fully functional, and I am using it to control my Eaglemoss/Fanhome/Deagostini 1:8 Back to the Future DeLorean that I converted into an RC Car. Find the link to that build video below.
Sorry if not all the shots are close enough or in focus, but my priority was building not filming.

I got all of these parts from docs Propshop.

(CAUTION! the molex stoplight is a 3D printed replica and you explicitly have to order the "high" Stanley readout box or you will get a flatter version!!)
I got most of the other parts from Conrad.at in Austria, but you can find them in many electronic shops.

(it seems very hard to get 3bit displays in Europe, so I got 3 single ones an wired them together)

I found the white wires with orange and blue markings in regular RJ45 Patch cables.
The red and white wires are regular 0,75mm² flexible wires.

Another unbelievable- great job! It just hit me that when you used this in your other vids that this was a replica of Doc's TX in the movie...duh. Loved the movie(s) - so long ago - hard to remember everything!🤔 I still have my FUTABA Tx from 45 yrs ago. Use it to run my large 3 speed RC cabin cruiser. Nothing as elaborate as your build - 👋👋👋👋

Hi, my name is William Walker. I really enjoyed your project! Have you ever thought of making one that flies? I have developed a flying car similar in function to the Blade Runner Spinner. I call it Sky Chaser and it is 1/6 scale and built out of foam board and hotglue. It has 4 wheels, looks and drives like a car, flies vertically like a drone and horizontally like an airplane. In addition it is amphibian. Ref Sky Chaser flying car. It flew so well, I decided to make a full scale RC model and it is starting to fly. My next step is build a manned version.
