pete rock sampled the same riff in his remix for da beatminerz - open ft. caron wheeler... don't know the original though.. maybe this one's sampled straight from the pete rock remix, because it's the exact same chords..

i don't know which fonda rae track you're reffering to.. but it's certainly not "touch me". at 3:19 you can hear the sample for 2-3 seconds. compare that to the pete rock remix. but i still haven't figured out the original sample source...
