I'm a narcissist, you can tell it from my username and I'm warning you to stay away from people like us. As she mentioned in the video that we are cowards. No way, if you really think so then you've actually not met a narcissist yet. We can do things which a coward person can never dare to do. You do 1x of something we will give you 10x without any regret or guilt. Just stay away. That's the only way to save yourself. If you think you can fix people like us then you're deluded. You can never fix us rather we will break you eventually.

Love the way u explained. A clear picture of a narcissist. My husband is a narcissist. He abused me and hit me also. I stayed in marriage for 2 years and I came back. It's been 4 months now. I'm living a life the way I use to live before. Though I have not been divorced yet. I definitely will leave him forever legally as I believe our life is gift of God and only God has right to give and take back. Nobody on this planet has right to control and torture us. Now after 4 months I'm all calm and better in my thought process and clear with my goals in life.. Thank you mam your valuable words has made me tk a good decision for myself being an empath.

Except that his wife might not be a narc at all, but on the contrary, that guy could very well be suffering from NPD. She has said that he used to beat her while being drunk. And if you read his letters, he has quoted cases of spurned men cutting up women for saying no to them and has hailed them as ideal. Also called his own son a leech and a liability and has urged fellow men to take up violence. This guy was himself mentally ill and I’m presuming that the wife eventually got fed up.

This video gave me flashbacks, and I have taken a good time to heal from a narcissistic relationship. I cannot watch this video, but I know what it feels like living with a narcissistic person. Just one example of controlling and gas lighting: they will body shame you even if you are beautiful, but not enough for them. They used to ask me why I’m carrying a jacket with me during winter/ spring and cold outside. Because it wasn’t cold for him. 😂 I experienced it and learned it, left them after few years. Leaving them was just peaceful 😊My advice would be Do not let anyone control you. ❤

If a person can introspect in him or herself then he or she is not a narcissist. A narcissist can't introspect. Apni galtiyon ko pehchana nhi chahta narcissist. Ho skta hai koi insan narcissist ho aur usko lag rha hai ki vo empath ya victim hai. Ya koi empath khud ko narcissist smjh skta hai kyunki usko narcissist na blame kr krka esa mehsoos kra diya hai ki vo narcissist hai. Sb accha tool hai ki kya hum khud ki galtiyon ko pehchan rha hain ya nhi aur phchan kar unko accept kar rha hain kya? Narcissist apna andar chupa sehtaan ko dekhna nhi chahta vo ussa darta hai isliye vo introspect krna sa drta hai. Narcissist choose to die but not accept his or her mistakes.

Understand and read a lot about NPD is the only way to come out of the addictive love. Else that trauma bond is very difficult to cut off. I have watched many videos but this one is the best and clear solution. Excellent video. There is lack of awareness about NPD and other disorders. Our society justifies such behaviour especially if it is a Man. These covert NPs get please in torturing people. As Mam mentioned the emotional reaction is their fuel, be it positive or negative emotion. NPDs don't understand emotions or empathy. They find it interesting ifvone reacts as they don't know how to react like an empath.
