The Bucks focus should be to try getting younger and athletic guys. Anyone who has followed this team this season will tell you that. We can’t play with pace and we get beat of the dribble so easily. Don’t bring in another 30plus year old into the team. Get young and fast!

An athletic defense-minded 2-guard would solve a lot with the core-four, allowing Lopez to be the premier paint protector he was last year. Definitely need bench scoring.

As a buck's fan I don't really care what doc says if he refuses to play.Young talented players who need seasoning during the season so they can help you at the end of the season.I don't want him back but I know that's not going to happen.We're stuck with this guy He says all the right things But he makes all the dumb moves Why Didn't ajax play in game 6# ? If the bucks bring in older players this off season they're not gonna do anything but lose again in the early rounds You need you. Youth and athleticism on this team, like the Brewers and the Packers

When I read "exit interview" I thought they already booted Doc 😯🤦 I was gonna say even after the 1st round exit that's a desperation move. I'm actually looking forward to seeing this team next season. After putting some better pieces around Giannis and Dame and getting those guys to gel more and the whole team on board from day 1 will be a game changer if they can start healthy. Middleton finally hit his stride and shined in the playoffs. Dame started and ended the season well. 45 points in his season opener and 30 some odd points avg in the playoffs. Unfortunately, it just wasn't enough. The team as-is isn't cohesive enough. There's talent there. But getting younger and letting Doc and the coaching staff really build their units will make a huge difference. There's so much talent in just Lillard and Gianni's that it covered a lot of things but... obviously that only lasts so long and so far. If those core guys can play together at 100% with a solid team and decent bench around them the Bucks really could take on anyone.

Get Giannis a new shooting coach and have him study Tim Duncan's face up and post game. It looks like hes scared to take those shots consistently, but those are the only shots available against elite defenses in the playoffs.

Don’t bring back Beasley, Crowder, Pat C and Lopez. If we can get Andre Drummond that would be huge. May not be athletic but you know he’s going to crash the glass. If we can’t get a legit wing defender this off-season the young guys gotta play more minutes regardless. They are going to be a huge key next season, I hope we get to see Livingston more he was a great defender in Kentucky.

Doc keeps getting the jobs because of his charisma. Bucks fired a coach who was winning because of Giannis's brother. And Giannis didn't even make it through the playoffs. Doc won't get them over the hump. He's coached more stars than a galaxy and haven't won since Boston. Retire already!

he isn't free from blame for overplaying Giannis and Lillard in March (37+min each) which partly led to their injuries and he NEVER adjusted and didn't play young guns
