Help please! I’m trying to log into dochub, but it won’t let me in anymore. It keeps saying “Bad Gate away”

502 gateway errors are common, I’ve had a similar issue occur. I would recommend refreshing the page, opening a different browser (ex: switching from Safari to Chrome or vice versa), checking whether you have any interfering software or firewalls that may be blocking access to Dochub, and as a last resort restarting your computer.

I had downloaded DocHub and I was using a pdf and I pressed "open with" and DocHub should've popped up but it didn't. What do I do now? please help, I need DocHub for my classroom.

If your logo is an image you can click on it and it should give you several options. To delete the image you click on the trash icon, to move an image you click on the six dots above the image, and to copy and paste you use command + c (MacBook) and command + v or control + c and control + v.

how to connect dochub to a website. because I was not able to open a pdf file using dochub in another website.

You can upload a pdf from another website by opening dochub.com, selecting new and importing the file.

I am not sure why it says document incomplete, but what you could do instead is download the document in whatever format you would like and then print it.

Is dochub very secure? If I use dochub to edit a document, would someone else have access to that or I’m I the only person with access? And how long would a pdf file stay on dochub for?

Yes, Dochub is stored in AWS and the files are encrypted. You also need to ensure to click on the “Save” button, or else the document will be deleted after 7 days.

You can add a text box with spaces instead of text.

How can you access Dochub documents when you log into Google? How can I save an edited document on Dochub to Google Drive?

On the dochub website at top right corner you can click on the download icon. Then you can download the pdf directly onto google drive by clicking on the google icon. I hope this helps. Also I might do a future follow up video on Dochub, so make sure to subscribe.

The dochub format is a pdf, so you would have to convert it into a Microsoft or Google document.

That draw button isn't there for me to free draw

The keyboard shortcut to draw is “D” on a Mac, I’m not sure if it is compatible with Windows. An alternative method is if you click on the calligraphy pen icon it should allow you to freehand draw.

How do you create an account to dochub?

You can either create a Google account and open up the file through Google drive. Or you can go to dochub.com and click on sign in with google. I hope this helps, reply if you have any more questions.

It should appear when you open up a file on Google drive, but if it doesn’t go to dochub.com and open up your file from there.
