Phase 2 of Galaxy’s Edge needs a highly themed table service restaurant. Disneyland needs their version of Be Our Guest.
@jazzyk025 жыл бұрын
YES! that would be amazing!
@cmunoz8105 жыл бұрын
That works in WDW because its mostly tourists and they try to get the most out of their Disney vacation. In DL is mainly annual passholders and Im sure most agree with me we wont be interested in an over the top pricey restaurant.
@durchens5 жыл бұрын
C Munoz I respect your opinion, but I think you are sorely mistaken. I get the “locals park” situation, but I think there is no way a table service restaurant in GE wouldn’t work. Look at Trader Sams. Disneyland’s Trader Sam’s is 5 fold more popular than WDW’s.

Can we please get further food descriptions other than "it's really good"? Was Steve's chicken crispy? Were the mashed potatoes smooth or were they a little more rustic and chunky? Was the chicken heavily breaded? Was it basically a giant chicken nugget? Was that blueberry bread dense and moist or was it crumbly and piece apart easily? It doesn't give me more info than just looking at the menu or tell me if it's something I want to try. Ryno and Craig do a little better with their descriptions which I appreciate... but I swear if I took a shot every time someone said "it's really good" in these reviews, I'd be unconscious on the floor.

Food reviews are impossible. We all have completely different palattes. I think they do an amazing job!!
@tfran67895 жыл бұрын
@@hcerretani6853 But that's why I want more description of the actual food. Just telling me "it's really good" doesn't tell me if it's something I want to try. Just because they think it's good doesn't mean I will, so the review ends up telling me nothing. Tell me about the texture and the taste (spices... is it juicy... is there a hint of smoke... anything) so that I know if it sounds like something I want to try as well. Give me some value to the review. TimTracker tends to be really good about describing the food... so it's not at all impossible.

It was actually tough and slightly dry on the inside. The sauce that was coating the outside brought some moisture back into the ribs, but it was just slightly overcooked. It wasn't so far gone to the point that you had to use your teeth to scrape off every inch of meat, but it wasn't the perfect plate you hope gets sat in front of you each meal. It was more akin to ribs you get at a BBQ place that specializes in brisket, but also serves ribs because they know they have to.
