To answer the question, yes. I have seen my Feldon of the Third Path go off almost exactly like this. Deck runs virtually the same cards as Balloon Man and I may be tearing it down so I can make a balloon man deck with Feldon in it. Got no choice with the amount of must remove enchantments and mono-red not having reliable enchantment removal but at least the two decks run almost exactly the same.
