There is literally nothing that would stop it from working - just set up a nether highway from your spawner to your cannon and drop them into the loading system. Doc could probably set it up to autofire continually forever from anywhere on the server. They wouldn't last long where they landed without something to keep them aggro - but also realize how easy it would be to just have a nether portal at the build limit where it is hard to even see (put some light blue concrete under the obsidian) and make it rain wardens from above in an endless stream anywhere on the sever he wants. Not that Doc would ever do anything like that - as raining Wardens would be evil and Doc is NEVER evil.

@@photismufon4789 Naming Wardens can be done, but it is a bit more risky than naming creepers because if they lock on you can get knocked out in two shots of the sonic cannon (and with multiple around it would be easy to be wiped out completely). Still, you are correct and Doc could likely do it with little enough trouble. I wonder if you can use a Dispenser to Nametag things . . . Sadly, I just looked it up and that is a no-go.

@@oaksparoakspar3144 naming wardens isn't too hard. Not only did Tango do it in Double Life, but Impulse has 3 that are silenced and renamed on the nether roof. (Which is funny because he moved his manually via being chased before Doc talked about how the flying machine is the smart way)

A single player with a view distance of 12 loads 16 times as many chunks as a chunk loader, and chunks loaded via chunk loader don't have to be rendered. There are a number of things that Doc does that can be hard on the server, but it's likely that his redstone contraptions are much harder on performance than the chunks he loads. And truly, don't sleep on item frames, chests, mini blocks, armor stands, animal farms, fire, smoke, and so many other things generally used more by other Hermits.

The tonal whiplash between Doc’s approach to exploring the deep dark and Scar’s is insane lol! Doc is coming in preprepared with lots of wool, has a specific goal and escape plan and Scar stumbles over it by mistake and immediately sets about stealing whatever he can get his hands on, and gets killed instantly by the Warden. Although both seem to have reached the same conclusion of “looks cute! I want one!”

That first Warden spawn was unironically terrifying. I know they get some flack because their "unkillable" mob is so easily farmable and whatnot but the sound based biome is an awesome premise and they definitely did an good job making the deep dark scary with all the lighting and sound effects.

The best diet for wardens are zombie piglins, as they are pretty similar to a player’s behavior, only attacking when angered. They are easily available and are really interesting to the warden. You can also make a simple toy that consists of a armor stand bouncing up and down setting off a note block every time it bounces

Cool tip: when adventuring in the deep dark, turn on subtitles in the Minecraft settings. There's a unique message for all the warning levels of the skulk shrieker, letting you know how many mistakes you still have left.

That is quite impressive on how quickly you got all of this done, over half of your episode was done while Tango was streaming yesterday. The dragon jumpscare was while Impulse was streaming shortly before Tango, the horns in the nether was from a bunch of Hermits deciding to crash Tango's stream while he was working on his nether tunnel and challenged him to a redstone build off vs Etho before he went to meet up with you.

imagine having multiple contraptions all remotely activated on different channels, and all you have to do is carry a couple repeaters, a dropper, and a daylight sensor to set off any of them at will. Like, you could have one set up for an enderpearl stasis chamber with a long enough delay to pick up the blocks before being teleported. you could set off the charged creeper machine gun on full auto on grian's base. You could flip a mob switch... literally anything from anywhere with enough preparation

@@kenowichtendahl3431 I thought about that,sadly it isn’t possible. Since a arrow can only hit one entity a tick you would need them every 3000 or so blocks to kill multiple with one arrow. On the other hand it would allow you to bypass the shield.

DOC! The disk sounds like nothing because it’s 1/3 of the combo. You have to play Disks 11,12 and 5 together at the same time. Together they unlock the truth!

I am LOVING all these more 'technical' builds and experimentation, they are absolutely insane. I do have to admit I'm invested in your solarpunk base and hope sometime in the next few episodes we get a more decor-focused one! 😄 the materials & color scheme (and bee/plant focus) are so lovely. Of course, it could be a really cool technical challenge to create farms that are "environmentally friendly", either by not 'burning' excess blocks, or otherwise utilizing renewable resources!
