Having played Minecraft essentially since it came out, you get to a point where "nothing surprises you anymore"... Then Doc comes along with his team of geniuses and hundreds of hours of prep time to create a wither skull conveyor belt, not for any logical farming reasons, but solely to prank another hermit. That's when you realize there are some people who look at the limits of this game and laugh. And we all love them for it.

Doc also has the Bobby mod (as does Joe Hills) which allows them to render in chunks further than the server allows (it shows what the chunk looked like before and then as you get closer to the chunk to actually load it it updates).

Grian's shulkers under The Entity are an experiment gone wrong anyway; he wanted to use one as fancy elevator but it turned out that the levitation effect from one bullet didn't last long enough for the purpose. It multiplying underground was purely by accident. So yea, he won't miss them if you take a few.

I'm nervous for this machine. The wither spawn noteblock is exposed to the outside, and doesn't have a safety switch to disable it. All it would take to spawn am unintentional wither is a misclick when you're looking the wrong way.

doc is my favourite hermit (and minecrafter in gerneral) for many years now. he did epic gamebreakting stuff in area77 /time defying chunk etc), then a season later he did awesome gamebreaking stuff with ren in the octagon (ligthning-tower, octagonal portal etc), this season he build ghast-pranks, anvil-canons, wireless redstone, hypersonic arrows that can kill everything with one shot from thousands of blocks away through solid bocks, his endless-sand-mining operation at the beginning of this season, where the sand automatically was transfered to his storage system, his epic elevator etc... all in survival vanilla minecraft... this simply is mindblowing stuff that you can´t see at other hermits videos ^^ normaly you have to go to technical minecraft videos that are mostly a bit dry. seeing this stuff an a story-server like hermitcraft with so many completely different types of minecraft players on it makes stuff like this much more fun :D

Crazy episode !! The whole mechanism is insane, but seeing the wither heads get stored, transported and shot out like a cannon just blew my mind, this is everything a younger me dreamed of building in Minecraft and the fact that it’s all achievable in vanilla is just so crazy to me. Friend, you gotta go back to season 6 and watch from beginning to the end. He was absolutely crazy and insane back then with the storytelling from a redstoner point of view and has only gotten crazier and crazier as the depths of Minecraft and its glitched are found and exploited. He has introduced so many amazing completely vanilla wonders and managed to showcase it in super cool ways ever since. His first season on Hermitcraft was good too though there wasn’t really much conflict - he and Etho made Dangland together (a minigames district that only they built in) and it was excellent content. Season 4 with Doc had more conflict and then the nHo in season 5 was the height of conflict at the time. But season 6 is where Doc became his most approachable with his content though he was still sharing and showcasing a lot of redstone machinery. I think I should go back and watch Doc’s seasons 3-5. I never have (What I did see I saw from Etho, Iskall, and Mumbo’s perspective and I’m sure I’m missing out.

Every episode seems to feel more and more like a Sonic the Hedgehog adventure, but from Eggman's perspective. Seeing the ghast pop up out of no where after disappearing almost a year ago, just to threaten Doc's projects, it reminds me of the same kind of comedic storytelling of self-punishment. Love the episodes. Can't wait for next week!
