Limits are very simple indeed to understand. They are the base of derivatives. If you study limits then you will fully understand derivatives. As simple as that. You don't have to study much before limits tu fully understand limits (except, perhaps, some algebra) so you may just dive into limits then, once understood, you dive into derivatives and voilà! Done.

You are amazingg at teaching!! i never took this stuff and its starting tomake sense a little. im studying physics and i get so confused when this stuff is involved cuz i dont take math nemore. the chapter im studying is about alternating current circuits and the equations for ac through inductor and capictor involve this stuff. I really wish you would continue and if you knew anything on alternating current circuits please share!!

3 times x skwurrr. Sounds like a certain southern rap style. The illustration of sin>cos>-sin>cos is nice. We can see how it essentially shifts the graph by 1/4 period, so it makes sense for it to be cyclical!

I love that video but I still don't understand the real meaning of the D's. v=dx/dt does the d now tell me that I have to differentiate x and also differentiate t? It certainly tells me I have to differentiate something but I think I'm missing something here. If x=5m and t=10s then differentiating both would just bring me v=0/0. What does the d acutally do? And why is there a d in front of the x when only the time Interval is getting close to zero?

The d's are notations of derivation. Say there's a function y=f(t), the derivative of that function would be noted as d(y)/dt, which is saying "derivating x in relation to t". And you derivate functions, not numbers, so derivating the "x=5m and t=10s" wouldn't make any sense.

Acceleration of a falling body is constant at 9.8 m/s/s

It does speed up - the velocity is becoming more and more negative. The constant is the acceleration, not the velocity.

In the first graph you are trying to represent a parabola made by a pig, and you said that in highest part the velocity is zero, that's true in a parabolic movement but the graph you choose X vs T this graph only represent the relation between one distance dimension and time. While parabolic movements occurs in two distance dimensions the graph should show Y the vertical distance dimension. The concept you are trying to explain is fin the next time you represent a parabolic movement you should include X and Y distance variables and time you can put it in an other vertical or horizontal line so there will be three lines one showing the horizontal displacement other the vertical displacement and the other one the time respect the position or maybe you can choose not to represent time so it could be just extra information. Also in a parabola you'll have two different velocities; the vertical one which always will be constant and the horizontal one that will be affected by g.

And a parabola have two dimensions so you have to get the velocity for x and for y and then with the equation Vx=V0×cos of the angle to reach the real velocity of the pig
