yup, im a doctor too, take home pay about 3000, 6 years medical sch, working, nights ,weekends, holidays, missed weddings, birthdays etc, but people thinks drs are earning bank and complain about drs alllll the time , tiring

My brother is emergency doctor. He still loves his work making a difference in the world. Remember we have a purpose for been on earth in this universe. I work in high finance and is meaningless work. Well paid but little real value.

This argument is very frustrating and is often used as an excuse to disregard the financial concerns of doctors. If doing such an important job and making a difference to the world, doctors should be paid sufficiently to not have to worry about bills and have a good quality of life. @@davidc4408

The big money in renting will be in offering free accommodation to a person and either using youtube ad dollars to fund the accommodation Or Landlords or Rent to Renter's negotiating advertising or brand sponsorships and using the sponsorship money to provide free accommodation which is a win win scenario

Wow😮😮 that's shocking, he spent £80,00 on training to be a doctor to make £2,300 per month, no wonder a lot of doctors are striking & demanding more pay. A amazon delivery man earn more than that.

Same in Germany…have studied 6years, worked 10 years and I still don’t feel like I’m getting anywhere. Sad thing is the property business is also different here. Huge home prices for very low rents so the ROI is ridiculous.

Have I got this right on his emergency accommodation deal.....£47 a night X 30 unit's = £1410 a day X 365 days = £514,650 a year turnover, minus £120k to the landlord, minus running costs etc........ hes making some sort of 6 figure profit a year off that one deal ??

Who pays for the emergency accommodation? The council does. Who pays the council, and the council taxpayer does. Therefore, anyone working 9-5.30 every week makes this doctor a happy man. For anyone's gain, there is usually someone else's loss, especially when it comes to easy money. Somewhere, there can be someone who has been taken advantage of, for someone to make easy money. Sadly fact of life.
