The build-up of tension in the scene where the Doctor and Donna are having separate conversations with the Not-Doctor and Donna is masterfully done in my opinion. The first time I watched, I knew something wasn't quite right, and that feeling of unease just kept getting bigger and bigger until the reveal. And the scene is elevated further by the parallels between the Doctor and Donna's conversations --- her dreaming up scenarios about her family while he simply thinks of the TARDIS. Definitely one of my favorite scenes in the new era and perhaps in the series overall.
