I hate hormonal acne. I am very conscious of my sugar intake but sometimes would have a binge fest. One time I forgotten that I’m about to have my period and I ate half a tub of ice cream. The result was worse than a regular binge. I had one of the worse breakout I’ve had lol.

Hey try using it 2-3x a week first then start using it every night and make sure you moisturize your skin after applying and never forget using sunscreen at daytime because it makes your skin more sensitive to sunlight and start with a minimum percentage like 0.5 or 0.25 % and please reply if it helps you :)

Yes me I'm late 20s. 29yrs and Never in my teen age yrs had bad breakouts. I just recently started this year in the end of summer and it still hasn't gone away. I thought it was the new face wash benzoyl peroxide but I stop it for a while now and still coming. Seems to stop and get excited but when I wake up in the morning I have new white heads or red painful pimples. There in my cheek and chin area and jawline. I've cut down sugary foods eating a bit healthier but nothing. Getting frustrated and insecure and left with pigmentation 😢 I use vitamin c serum, suncreen in the morning and cerave resurfacing retinol at night and moisturizer 2x a day and hydrating facial cleanser night.

I used spironolactone for about 6 months and it worked in clearing my acne but the downside is that it took up until the 2nd month for my hormonal acne to start clearing. I stopped taking it because my skin was very clear but it’s kind of the type of medications you have to take forever

I'd recommend washing your pillowcase at least once a week, along with any towels that will be touching your face, also washing your face with cooler water along with taking cooler showers. Don't scrub your face too much when washing and avoid touching your face with your hands throughout the day as much as possible. Drinking a lot of water, getting enough sleep, not looking at your phone for too long before you sleep, and staying away from sweets will help too 😊

Im 15. This past year. I tried really hard to get rid of my acne. And it started to clear up but. November and December these years. My acne got really bad. To describe it I started to get really dark red deep pimples that stay on my skin for WEEKS, they never actually get a white spot. And form all around my lower cheeks. In between the cheeks bone and jawline.

Hello there! I hope you're doing well today. I just wanted to share with you a beautiful verse from the Bible, Ephesians 5:1-2. Follow God’s example, therefore, as dearly loved children and walk in the way of love, just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God. What does this mean? Well, here it is. Specifically, we're to walk in love just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us in his death on the cross. In other words, true imitation of God looks like loving others just as Christ loved others: loving God with all of his heart, soul, mind, and strength and loving his neighbors as himself. 🌷
