Well, this video is helpful, it would be better if she talked more directly about the tests Inito provides. The marker that she gives for progesterone in urine is not the same level of PDG that the test will provide, which was really confusing. A search and more reading helped me understand that 10ug/ml of progesterone is the same as 5ug/ml pdg

Hello! Thanks for the insightful video. I test on Inito for PdG with first morning urine (FMU) ~7am and night (by 5 hour urine hold) ~10pm. My pdG readings are low in the mornings and high at night. Inito confirmed ovulation today during my night test. Why is pdG low in the mornings?

I am not sure if I have implantation bleeding or my period. I wiped and had just pink on it, wierd because I never spot before my period it either comes or doesn’t. My partner and I then had sex that night and it didn’t start my period. Then the next day nothing at all. Now it’s the third day and I thought it started this morning it was a little more red but still not heavy, which I am heavy and have bad cramps during my period but they are so light right now barely even feel it! How about you? Any updates?

So if pdg does not continues to rise steadily for 2-3+ days this is a sign that pregnancy and/or implantation has not occurred, correct ?

Hi there, PdG (Urine metabolite of Progesterone) rises after your LH peak & that confirms ovulation. This can be soon after the LH peak or also 6-8 days after your LH peak. It is advisable to continue testing with Inito till the app mentions to continue. For implantation & pregnancy - the most reliable way to know about it is a pregnancy test! Hi, can implantation bleeding happen 23 days after intercourse? Considering that if she hasn't ovulated yet, we could deduct 5 days from that since sperms can only live for 5 days inside a woman's body, so that'll leave us with 18 days after conception, can implantation still happen? Thanks
