Nasubukan ko yang biopsy dahil nagkaroon ako ng medyo bukol/ maga sa lalamunan. Tinusok nila at kumuha ng liquid o laman mula sa loob ng bukol. Habang ginagawa nila yon naka ultra sound para makita yong mismong tinu tusukan. Thank God it is negative sa anumang sakit at , nawala yong bukol o pamamaga after nilang tinusok. Palagay ko meron silang gamot na itinurok para malusaw yong bukol. Malambot sya na parang tubig ang laman. Masakit dahil walang anestisya at ramdam ko lahat ng ginagawa. Dumugo dahil para akong kinagat ng bampera. Since then, everything is good. Magaling ang mga Doktor namin dito sa AUSTRALIA. I am proud to say that dahil naoperahan na rin ako sa balikat dahil napatid yong litid. Ngayon, parang balikat ng bionic woman itong balikat ko, di ko alam kung anong ginawa and that was way back 2013 pa ginawa. Masasabi ko ang mga doktor ay hulog ng langit dahil sila anv nagpa pagaling sa mga may sakit. Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), is the most common type of lupus. SLE is an autoimmune disease in which the immune system attacks its own tissues, causing widespread inflammation and tissue damage in the affected organs. It can affect the joints, skin, brain, lungs, kidneys, and blood vessels. Hindi madaling ma detect ang sakit na ito, kasi aakalin natin na allergy lang so ang tendency we look for dermatology. I'm a SLE patient, 5 years pabalik balik sa derma, puro antihistamines and steroids ang nirereseta sa akin, hanggang tinamaan na kidney ko at lumubo ang katawan ko. One time nag decide akong mag change ng doctor pero derma pa din, at sinabi ko lahat ng naranasan ko, nag doubt akong cancer, kinukulam etc super depressed, masakit ang buong katawan, mainit o malamig ang panahon hindi pwede, irritated araw araw. After the biosy, sabi ng derma doctor posibleng SLE to make it 100% sure ni recommend niya ako sa Auto immune system doctor, nagkaroon ng several laboratory test ang when the results comes out SLE nga. Sa loob ng 3 yrs, tinira ang kidney ko, lungs, heart, nerves. Sa awa ng Diyos yung prescribe na medicine nag work kaagad sa akin. Sabi ng doctor very lucky daw ako dahil severe na condition ko that time, sobra na manipis na buhok ko puro allergy buong katawan ko, pati ulo at dila ko sugat sugat din, hirap na akong tumayo. After taking all the medication, in 2yrs time under control na ang SLE ko, every 3monthe need magpa lab test. Very important sa lahat sa may sakit ng SLE iwasan ang stress, sumama ang loob, kailangan laging happy, at iwasang mapagod. Malaking bagay ang pagiging supportive and understanding ng mga tao sa paligid. Sa ngayon everything is under control. Medicine: Azathioprine 50mg. 1/2 tablets Plaquenil 200mg. 1/2 tablets nalang ang medication ko sa ngayon, wala ng steriod. By the way, nakatulong din ng malaki ang mga Vitamins: B, B12, D3, Magnesium, Calcium, Zinc, C, E, Fish oil. At higit sa lahat ang tumawag kay God. At magpasalamat. Thanks☺️

Hi doc! 1st time to watch your video and I'm more convinced of how you explain ms. Kris medical conditions. I have a question doc ... it's about my sister who underwent a CTT procedure last Sept. 2021. She was diagnosed with pneumohydrothorax right lung and water drained her lung series of laboratory tests done after that (x-rays, CT scan, MRI, ) and thanks God that pneumonia, tumor and tuberculosis were ruled out. But we noticed that she became pale and malnurished 'though she has good appetite and continue losing weight from 60kgs. now 39 kgs. According to her pulmonologist her right lung collapsed and need to rehabilitate or she needs to undergo a biopsy or thoriac surgery.... which my sister refused due to being malnurished. Is there any other way to regain my sister condition without any further surgery? Her medications already stopped by her doctors except for vitamins.

Kahit ano po work pinapaaok niya di siya tamad kya nga lng sa atin gusto lagi mataas pinag aralan...sana me magbigay ng work..masipag po siya .sana po may tumulong sa mga anak ko magpa check up at malaman ko correct diagnosis n management ng mga sakit nila. Doc Alvin Francisco, may balak po kasi akong i-donate bangkay ko if ever mamatay ako. Ayoko po kasi mamroblema sa pampalibing sakin sina mama at papa kasi lagi na lang sinusumbat sakin yung pinapang-aral tsaka pinapalamon sakin. Parang nakakaguilty kumain ng masarap sa bahay namin EVERY time. Feeling ko di ko deserve sumaya kasi kinukumpara nila ako sa buhay nila noon sa probinsya na naglalakad sa bundok para lang makapasok sa school tapos madulas daw bundok pag umuulan etc. Eh ako rin naman Doc naranasan ko nang mapalo sa pwet ng naglalakad na baliw sa Cubao, tsaka makakita ng exhibisionist sa jeep noong pabyahe ako papuntang school nung Senior High, tsaka mahipuan ng kapwa ko babae na akala ko kakausapin lang ako kaya lumapit, tapos sobrang bilis ng kamay nya bigla palang dadakmain yung ibaba ko nung Grade 8 ako. Naranasan ko rin mag-recess sa cr ng catholic school nung Grade 11 sa sobrang ayokong may nakakakita sakin na kumakain mag-isa sa canteen. Nagpa-psychiatrist na po ako dati sa health center namin nung 16 y.o. ako (Grade 11) tapos nirefer ako sa Pagamutang Bayan ng Cainta pero dahil nga libre, hindi ko masabi yung totoo kong nararamdaman kasi habang kausap ko yung psychiatrist, katabi naman nya mama ko. Parang di ko matanggap sa sarili ko na depressed ako kasi may ibang tao na mas malala pa sa sitwasyon ko. Bale anak po ako ng parehong nadepress na magulang. Di ko po masabi sa magulang ko na SILA yung problema ko kasi sasabihan lang akong ingrata (ungrateful). Ayaw naman nila akong payagan bumukod/magdorm ngayong college kasi mahal daw upa. Eh ang layo layo ko sa TUP 3 sakay, pag ako hinila na lang bigla ng kung sino aba ewan ko na lang. 5 feet lang ako at walang kalaban laban. Alam kong mahirap sa inyo yan since mga kabataan kayo, nag pandemic at malalim ang dahilan kasi may experiences kayo noong mga pre teens pa kayo na di nyo na overcome. Anjan pa rin hanggang ngayon at nagbabalik balik lang. Siguro ang advise ko sa yo ay magkaroon ka ng makakausap pwede kaibigan, kamag anak kung wala naman start by reading things about God then stay close to Him and pray when you are not feeling ok. Then pag ok ka naman try to thank Him. Mga kabataan ngayon kasi mas may time sa social media at nakakalimutan na ang ibang bagay pero di naman lahat ng kabataan. Yan din kasi ang pinayo ko sa aank ko ang unti unti nagiging magaan ang nararamdaman nya. Always remember this, si Lord lang ang makaktulong sa atin lalo na pag wala ng ibang matatakbuhan. Marami tayong blessings na minsan di natin napapansin, will help you pray. Pag pray ko kayong mga nakakaranas ng ganyan and i know makakatulong ito sa inyo! One of the few things I am familiar with is that after this kind of test/s, after finding out that the said patient has cancer, they have to do extensive chemotherapy and be isolated for quite some time to prevent any infections due to the patient's immune system that is at the lowest before any bone marrow transplant can happen. Doc, my question will be how many days should she remain at the hospital after the bone marrow transplant? And shouldn't she avoid any stress/stressor? Thank you.
