Don't take it unless it's a must. Intermittent fasting, low carb, no sugar and exercise is the way to go.

Fasting is way better than Ozempic. I thought I’d ever could do it more than a day and the first time I tried it. I made it six no problem. Maybe the second is a little bit tough but just go out and distract yourself Go camping if you must without food
