Other than ASMR, I always used music for comfort as well. If what ails you is because of substance abuse, I suggest listening to Benjamin Tod. Cathartic. But if it's upbeat your looking for, the songs 'Close To Me' & 'Inbetween Days' by The Cure work for me. Whatever you use, I hope you're feeling better already.

I really like the use of medical terms and gentle way you interact with the patient. I also love any time a chart or diagram is being referred to. Thank you so much. Deep breathing is getting easier and less intimidating for me. I feel safe and calm when I watch your videos. So wish this video was around the first time I had a panic attack. I was 13 or 14 and it was midnight and I thought I was DYING. So my very “smart” idea was to lay in bed and cry myself to sleep as I died so as to avoid the hospital. This would have helped a lot and probably would’ve helped me to gather the nerve to seek help if it didn’t stop.

It depends on the kind of medication you need. If it's a long lasting one, like saline or if someone needs to stay in the hospital for a while, then yes, you would use that plastic tube he showed (they are called gelcos). If it's just a quick medication like a painkiller/antibiotic or drawing some blood, you would use a needle (called a butterfly catheter)
@christinekerr96173 жыл бұрын

Most don't until they're out of residency and things have slowed down. But ER is also shift work, instead of 80 hours a week on--they are graded based on how many shifts they take a month, so it can vary wildly from week to week, and they don't sleep much. ER tends to have the most time off of any other specialty, but the worst sleep schedule. (Military physician here, that's how I know)

As someone with depression, I like the idea of trying various therapies or treatments with ASMR videos, but claiming on the thumbnail to cure it I feel like kind of makes light of the disease. Having been hospitalized for over 30 days with depression, it kind of hurts me to see people pretend like depression can just go away with a snap of the fingers. But other than that, nice image quality as always! Also wanted to let you know there is someone on Odysee stealing your stuff and uploading it as their own.
