I have hypothyroidism and my TSH was 13 in June 2024 but I am not taking any medicine for thyroid and do not have any such symptoms. I do exercises and stay fit. I have not tested my TSH level since June 2024. One doctor advised me to start low dose levothyroxine but I didn't start it. Please advise me that should I start taking medicine or should I check my thyroid levels first ? Thanks

I was not a patient thyroid but had both side goatior limps one side it was affected with thyroid gland when surgery happened so doctor have to remove full one side gland of thyroid after one that month later my thyroid test happened and start medicine of 50 mg thyroxine the result came normal but after 3 month again my test happened now my TSH is 6 now is my medicine increase.
