Sometimes I think she deliberately leaves out products that we might actually consider buying from the company she talks about. She didn’t talk about the sunscreen in this one. She didn’t talk about the tranexamic acid inkey product for scars. All the expensive brands which will burn my pockets are the ones she elaborately explains and recommends. I understand the need to recommend her own and create a market base for her own. But they are impossibly overpriced here and as much as I want to better my skin, I am not going to kill myself over it. Only financially able people don’t want KZbin. Requested her for solutions to dark underarms and under eyes automatically suggests a recommendation of other products apart from her pigmentation kit that are available in the market. But no. I was happy that someone who understands and someone I could relate to is actually making sense to me. I could figure out why my skin was the way it was and it’s gotten a lot better thanks to her recommendations! I am genuinely thankful for her insight on this. But it’s horrible how the channel is transitioning from other “affordable” product recommendations to just “Dr V products diversity”.

@@perspective3787 I do that too But it’s unfortunate how the channel has transitioned. As I said my skin has improved miraculously from her recommendations. But I don’t appreciate this shadiness in reviews where she conveniently leaves out products that are really important for us or perhaps we’re already using them. But she’s quick to review products when they are harmful. Eons to review one which is good. Be minimalist launched their transxemic acid and she reviewed it months after. But she was lightening quick to tell us that their sunblock was not good. This bias and attitude to show all wrongs that exist and forget the rights coming out is blatantly visible. And it’s very disappointing.

The first think I do these day is right away check the inky list....i search for fragrance....if it contains fragrance, essential oils or denatured alcohol I don’t even bother to read the rest of the ingredients.....all thanks to dr v ❤️❤️

I have been using the derma co 2% kojic acid cream for almost a month now and it has helped fade my PIH quite a lot but it has fragrance in them which is a con. I have also tried alpha arbutin from the ordinary and minimalist as well and it did help with my acne marks but i saw a better result with the kojic acid cream personally.
