Yes it is. Especially for red marks But if you use it with niacinamide, alpha arbutin and other tyrosine inhibitors, they'll work really well I use tran-zelaic pigmentation corrector serum, it's budget friendly and works well on my skin

U didn't include Suganda Advanced pigmentation serum. It contains 2% Alpha Arbutin 3% Tranexamic acid 5% Niacinamide 2% Acetylglucosamine It's a cocktail of ingredients & avl on Nykaa too. Pls BUY & review this
