I had 3 degrees burns at 12 and had to have skin graft. The scar is raised a bit and a tone darker, with stitches where source skin was attached on burns also visible. My scar is on my left neck to my jawline. It has improved in colour since I followed you and treat my skin for hyperpigmentation and protect my scar with sunscreen. Thank you for that information. QUESTION: So many Black haircare products contain fragrances and sometimes essentials oils. What are we suppose to use? Black hair needs moisture, otherwise it will become dry and brittle and break off. Hi Dr Vanita, my skin was in its best place till i went for a light chemical peel for glow & rejuvenation & my dermatologist prescribed a pea size retinol twice a week with a gentle moisturiser at night. I used it for a month & a half not realising what was happening to my skin. It caused orange peel texture with dents, it scared my face. Both peel & retinol damaged my skin.I never had any texture issues before. I will appreciate if you can give some advise. I'm in my 50's.

Watching your video makes me want to change regiments. I had BA done in April and they recommended BioCorneum. I cant tell which scar it developed into, im not sure of keloid or the other scar, but I do feel like hard thick skin in that area and it became darker as well. How often and long should we apply your kit to a scar frm BA. Ive been using BioCorneum over 4 months and have not seen any improvements with that particular cream.
