My body temperature has always run very low. Usually, I am at 95.3, but I have dipped down to 94.8 before. A fever for me is 98 😂
@karachristen6484

The most likely explanations are either a) anemia or b) hypothyroidism. Or you just have a weird metabolism. Or a mutation in the hypothalamus (region in the brain that controls body temp and metabolism) as long as it isn’t causing other issues I wouldn’t worry

@@karachristen6484 Eh, my doctor isn't worried about it. The idea the healthy or average body temp being 98 is out dated anyways. Plus everyone on my dad's side runs on the cooler side so it is mostly just genetics at play.

The medical story I always state: I was in college and constantly sick. Congestion, headaches, fatigue, and rashes. This was a constant for 2+ years. My doctors kept saying that I was just catching a cold, a flu, I’m stressed, take some Tylenol, etc. The only time I had variation was when it was spring, because my symptoms got worse. I had seasonal spring allergies since I was six. I finally said fuck it and approached an allergist about the spring allergies. He retested me, the first time in fifteen years. I had somehow developed every other allergy in the panel since I’d started college. He got me on allergy shots, and I’m relatively free of that constant sickness now. If my allergies flare, an OTC beats it back in about 30 minutes.

That stomach one reminds me of my stomach when I haven't eaten in ages like hours and I'm getting hungry and I haven't eaten yet, it feels like my stomach is attacking me and I get these pains.

26:01 This used to happen to me as a child, but I seem to have outgrown it. It felt like a cross between a catch and a cramp. It hurt to work past it, but then it always felt better.

i get that too 6:01.....when im lying down with the head at an angle i can hear this whoosing noise like water going via a pipe at high speed, lasts for 10s or so before disappering. My guess is the head angle very slightly compress some artery

I ALWAYS feel like I need to urinate. The urge never goes away. Had this since I was 9. It’s made me suicidal a few times but I learned to deal with it. Heavy workouts allow me to sleep at night.

Man that sounds awful. I have something kind of similar where I often feel a false need to pee and it's accompanied by pain that can get pretty bad; for me it's only been for the past year-ish and it's on and off, but can prevent me from sleeping when it's particularly bad and it generally sucks to be in quite a lot of pain for "no reason" for much of my life. I actually have another consultation with a specialist about it tomorrow but I'm not hopeful because all the tests and things I've had have come up completely negative. Stay strong brother

i havent really felt a need to see a doctor about this, but when i have anything resting on the upper half of my chest up to a little ways up my neck, it feels like whatever the object is is resting on my organs and bones directly. it happens with ANYTHING be it light or heavy, so i dont like my hair resting on my chest and when i'm laying down with my headphones on i cant have the cord laying on my chest. the tiniest part of anything that is resting on any part of my chest makes me feel so uncomfortable internally when touched on my back for an extended period of time, i get intense, deep, internal shivers that radiate up my spine and stop at the base of my head, and when i have internal shivers i have to do external physical shivers that probably look as violent as they feel, but they don't last long at all. it more so feels like i'm shaking the feeling away

If its a sensory issue (it itches all over, but goes away for a bit when scratched) increase the temperature in shower until it burns a bit. This asserts dominace over the nerves. (Be careful! Don't actually burn yourself!) - Sincerely, someone who used to spend 30min scratching a night.

1. My inner clock does't work properly and hasn't done for many years. Basically my body/brain thinks there are 25-26 hours in a day, so I get tired later and later every day, which makes it really hard to hold a job, or do any planning more than a week ahead. Been to my doctor, seen a neurologist, been at a center for sleep issues, been to therapy. I tried different sleep meds, some kinda helped, some didn't. The common issue with them - I felt like a zombie, body was heavy, head and mind just wasn't 'right'. 2. Once in a while I completely lose my sense of balance, only for a fraction of a second. The way I can describe it is: You watch a video - suddenly the picture goes black and sound freezes, but before you can even begin to think "Okay, what's going on here?" the picture and sound is back and the video plays as normal. Like a switch going from On to Off, then back to On in about 0.1 second. It's totally random when I experience this, there are no patterns or anything. I've had it 4 times this year, once in February, then two times within a week in late July, and again in mid September. No one can figure out what it is.

Let's see, balance issues.went undiagnosed until my aunt took me for the weekend.she saw my ears were red,and extremely swollen. Ran like Usain bolt to the emergency room, where doctors immediately put me in the pediatric ICU and hooked up to two modified wound vacuums to drain the infection in both ears. The result of the infection is I'm deaf . The infection was from an improperly maintained piercing gun

My partner has had multiple chronic conditions throughout his life which no doctor has even acknowledged, constant pains, muscle spasms, blacking out, even occasional severe Memory Loss and confusion. Doctors have been like "Well you have gastritis scoliosis and fibromialgia" Like thanks doc the insane constant stomach pains visibly curved spine and constant muscle aches totally didn't make that the three easiest things to diagnose

Cough started after college. Turns out it was allergies that I didn't have before. At the time, Claritin-D fixed it but now it's Zyrtec and Sudafed. Might have been stress related because it affects me year round.

I am 18 years old with high blood pressure (either on the scale of elevated or H1), high cholesterol, NAFLD (liver disease), asthma, and absence of menstruation. Basically I have the body of a 60-year-old alcoholic and I hate it so much. Edit: and no, my HBP has nothing to do with my liver. We came to that conclusion when my liver started getting better whilst my hypertension never changed.

The person who coughs all the time may have heartburn/acid reflux. I learned this recently. Apparently the stomach acid can irritate your throat enough to make you cough a lot. Anyway, shout-out to my fellow EDS folks. High fives all around, but not too hard because my shoulder likes to pop out of the joint.

Through out high school I was always warmer then normal. I never felt sick or anything. But the nurses and doctors did some tests to make sure it’s nothing. I assumed I was just hotter because I was able to take the Canadian weather better. But then when I moved to southern USA. I had some teeth removed and replaced with fake ones. Because they are nearly died. My body temperature turned normal and even ice cold on my hands and feet. Even my wife don’t like how cold I’ve gotten… yeah

The always tired, and cold, might be anemic. Unrelated, I bruise really easy, always have, but all my lab work says nothing wrong. If my feet get too cold, it's painful to move at all. Im able to handle extreme heat just fine, but cold? nope. Any sudden drop in temperature,my asthma goes crazy.every.single.time.

I had unexplained bronchiactisis (not bronchitis), and some years ago I was diagnosed with Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease. And I’ve had low IgG for years, which was thought to be gained from a medication that destroyed my B cells. Turns out I have Common Variable Immune Disorder. Or CVID. A shorter thing is Unidentified Esophageal Dismotility. I’m a wreck in general. And I’m turning 22 the day after I post this.

Besides what I have already been diagnosed with I have a hard time getting to sleep but I also sleep a very long time like 2pm and wake up more tired. My neck grinds pops and cracks loud enough for other people to here. Various parts of my skin get sores that slowly heal scar then reopen and the process will start over. I never remember what time or day unless an event is happening but normal day I have no idea if it's mon tue or sat. And my willy is dead to the world almost never can get a boner for over a decade now and all this shit plus diabetes depression so bad that work is impossible and never even had a girlfriend so poor and down even if i won the lottery i would rather die.
