I'm sorry this isnt the best reaction in the world, but its REALLY late and I was out of town all day. I'll probably repost the full video without the preview if you guys are interested. I have a lot of thoughts about the pros and cons of this series which I will probably do at a later date, please dont hate me for my comments at the end, they're just my opinion. YAY! I've been awaiting your reaction eagerly. Regarding being able to refuse "to regenerate": In Last of the time lords (spoiler warning) The master refused to regenerate and choose death instead (dont worry it was not permanent ;) ). And The Tenth doctor also postponed his own regeneration for a good while when he went on to get his "reward". But that made his regeneration extremly wild and destructive. I cant wait to see what they will come up with in the xmas-special. Shame it is soo far away. Oh and i swear, If they ever use the "I dont want to go"-line one more time i will swoop down over BBC Wales with furious anger. That line still hurts to hear.

Why didn't it feel right, the program is Doctor who it's about the Doctor they can't give everyone equal screen time. missy probably did survive as she must have suspected he would do something and she had his back to him or John Sim may find a way as he knows what's going to happen but may have something in the taréis to keep him alive plus he can escape with his tardis

Im sure Missy did survive, BUT we cannot be sure because as she said early in the episode when two incarnations of the same time lord meets the timelines goes fuzzy and makes it hard to remember what happens and also the meeting it self. So we cannot be sure that Missy remembered what would happen.
