Doctor Who Conspiracy Theory, Who Is EVIL Mrs Flood? | The Blue Who Review

Mrs Flood first thought to just be an ordinary side character holds deep mystery and a dark side no one could have anticipated! There are multiple possibilities on who she could be but all lead to a terrifying outcome for The Doctor and Ruby. Hold on tight, more is about to be revealed!

Remember: Mrs Flood didn't know it was a Tardis until it de-materialized. She initially complained about it being on the footpath with no clue it was a Tardis. We can deduce that she has not met the doctor or know what his Tardis looks like, but does know what a Tardis looks like when it takes off. I think this eliminates everyone who previously met the doctor or his companions, leaving only people who have met a timelord, or it is another timelord in exile or someone who travels with another timelord.

At some point, the Doctor and Ruby meet Mrs. Flood in the past. At the beginning of The Church on Ruby Road, it is not clear that Ruby and the Doctor would be traveling together. By the end, it IS clear and time was rewritten. At some point, they meet a younger Mrs Flood who remembers what a TARDIS is. Probably during the episode coming up in which they are in the 60s. She's the right age to be an early Beatles fan.

There was a post on Reddit saying she’s probably Iris Wildthyme from the extended universe - and it was veryyyy compelling. Something that hasn’t been pointed out is that Iris’ Tardis was shown in ‘Rose’ (which people HAVE pointed out), if it’s not just a nod, that means she was around the week when Ruby was left. And we know the DW writers love writing storylines that have unsolved mysteries that span seasons. I’m 100% behind that Iris is Mrs Flood and Susan Twist plays ‘the one who waits’ Susan (foreman) Triad (which is an anagram of Tardis)

The issue with the Amy and Rory's kid theory is that it's stated that Amy can't have children following River's birth and whatever occurred on Demon's Run (in fact it was the reason for the divorce plot in Asylum of the Daleks). Rory's video diary wasn't addressed to a child Amy was expecting, but rather to a child they were adopting - Anthony, who appears in the unfilmed scene "P.S." available as a short, in which he visits Brian.

LOGIC FLAW: How would Rory film himself in in the 40s with a web cam? I like the idea of a child of Amy and Rory wanting revenge on the Doctor for stranding them? Or it may be a fresh storyline and character?

It was his iPhone (which he must have had in his pocket when he was zapped back in time) how me managed to keep it charged or keep it alive that long is a logic flaw however! 💙

I like that idea because I definitely think RTD is pushing the Timeless Child a fair bit most likely because he's going to do controversial things himself perhaps this is one of them. I think Mrs Flood is both Rubys mum and Jenny (The Doctors Daughter). She said she did a fun run in an inhuman amount of time (An awful lot of running) and would mean this 'Reboot' of Doctor Who starts with the Doctor traveling with his granddaughter

I would love to see Amy pond again I’m not so keen on the 13th doctor, but that would be very creative if she is because I heard from Russell that when the buy regeneration happen all the doctors split and we sold at the other doctors had aged a lot so that makes sense that 13 aged as well and maybe she turned vegetable wishing she had more time is the doctor like David Tennant did when he said I don’t wanna go

I think Mrs. Flood is Ruby as an old woman. Perhaps something happens in series 1 that causes a rift between her and the Dotor? Or maybe Ruby's own Daughter? Bare in mind, RTD could change things at the last minute. In the same way, that scripts would've been changed due to Bernard Cribbin's passing? Or the simple fact, if someone figures out who Mrs. Flood is, he may change it due to that? David

Thank you to you@@TheBlueWhoReviewfor all the great ideas in this video too. There's plenty of milage in a companion who had a bad experience leaving the Doctor? FACTS 1. Mrs. Flood knows what the TARDIS is. 2. Mrs. Flood seems familiar or at least aware of what Ruby was in for (in travelling with the Doctor as she stepped into it). But, beyond that we don't know (yet) her relationship with the Doctor and what the full extent of her knowledge of the Doctor and TARDIS is. She could be a Dodo character. In the sense, she was abandoned out of the blue? Time will tell.

Oddly and weirdly you have possibly seen the future theories of the Matrix on Gallifrey speaking of which is another wildcard of possibly as we discovered from past stories this to has played a major story arc in the Whoinverse. Matrix is a storehouse of memories of all the time lords and even holds the key to Miss Flood. A quick question do you recall the Valeyard and his use of the doctor's memories and course he is another version of the doctor's darker side from between the 14 and 15 regenerations isn't it believed, but take it further all of the darker memories of the doctors universe into multiple identities across time including now with Miss Flood a Flood of Darkness a evil Lord of Valeyard Matrix has taken Ruby and the doctor into a nightmare regeneration of the Matrix? A clue is there in her name Flood like something else before all the stories are connected and by one point the new doctor the bio regeneration has to be organised by one individual from inside the eddy of time and the Matrix by Valeyard/ Flood. She smiled as if she knew what was store from the day she saw the tardis. And there's one minor thing you might not of noticed the door colour where she was sitting in front of its Blue like a tardis and then what number was it 15 or 14 or 16? Valeyard Flood (Vale Flood)? Another odd thing is if she isn't Valeyard she may be Jenny the doctor's daughter her age could be due to a regeneration illness. Or something in her dna?

EXACTLY@@TheBlueWhoReview . I've always found the modern showrunners' unwillingness to use characters, like the Rani, strange. Doctor Who, like Star Trek or Star Wars, has a vast mythos. There are SO MANY old enemies and monsters which have so much more to be tapped into (from a creative and dramatic point of view). I'm not saying we should do the same continuity over kill as season 22, but, it would give old fans something to smile about while exploring the character and their own stories? Great example: The Macra appearing out of the blue in "Gridlock" and how they had de evolved? Gives everything a progression and sense of being part of a connected universe. The Gorn from the classic Star Trek has been explored in a very creative way. Why not have the Rani come back and we discover WHY she left the Doctor's people? But, more than what was stated in "Mark of the Rani"? She's a character which left for similar reasons to the Doctor? Allowing her thirst for knowledge get the better of her. Essentially, the downfall of the Timelords. And even, the Doctor, when the 3rd Doctor's desire for the same and the blue crystal cost him. Or the 5th Doctor's curiosity.

She's definately another Time Lord she has to be otherwise how does she have that knowledge of what a TARDIS is also why does it have to be an old character or someone we already know she could be an entirely different character another Time Lord we never met before would be a nice change because i am getting tired of it being The Master all the time that character needs a few years rest i also highly doubt it has anything to do with Amy and Rory those characters have been gone for 12 years and Karen Gillan and Arthur Darvill are busy doing hollywood this is new new who i dont think anything from 2005-22 is going to be much referenced because RTD is aiming at a much newer younger audience the same way they alienated classic fans.

I do feel it's likely it will be someone new but I don't think RTD is avoiding anything from 2005-22 deliberately as he's bringing back Mel in the finale and Rose Noble so there is still a chance she could be someone from the past but more likely the future!

I don't think Mrs Flood is 13 but it is definitely weird how the women dropping off Ruby has her style, also I don't know why you're assuming she's a villain, my guess is she'll be in the beatles episode I think people are being abit dramatic thinking she's this massively evil person or something I personally just think it'll be anticlimactic with her younger self showing up sometime in the season

Also RTD has said the Master won't be back in the next two seasons at least so I don't think Mrs Flood is the master either
